Exchanges are only done when the product is available. We will exchange it if we have the requested item in stock; otherwise, we refund.
 
We reserve the right to refuse processing returns if we conclude that the returned item has violated our policies.
Refunds will not be given if the tag is removed from the package received at our Australian warehouse.
 
If you want to return a product for which there is no valid reason, then the applicable shipping charges will be deducted.
Custom jackets, which are manufactured upon request, cannot be returned.

Help us find a suitable solution and process your refund by sending order number, images of the product, along with any other information which shows how you have used the product in relation to the fault.

In those instances where it is determined that a product is defective due to manufacturing defect or poor materials, we will take all measures to exchange the product accordingly.


 CANCELLATION OF THE ORDERS : 


The request for order cancelling should be placed within 24 hours. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, we will promptly refund the total amount to the consumer’s account. If the purchaser wants to cancel the ordered product beyond this 24-hour timeframe, the following conditions will be applied:
 
Order cancelling after the expiration of the 24-hour period automatically deducts 25% of the amount that has already been paid.
 
In case of cancellation of order before it reaches or during shipment, the paid amount will be deducted by 25% automatically, and shipping charges will be deducted from the amount refunded.
