At Jacket Area, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can request a return or exchange within 20 days of delivery.

  • Let us know if you’d like a refund or exchange.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  • Custom-made jackets (manufactured upon request) are not returnable, except in cases of defects or damage.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted if the return is due to a change of mind rather than a product issue.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
